Customers may return the product within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided for the return to be processed.
Custom-made or special-order products.
Products that have been installed or show signs of use.
Damaged products due to mishandling by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for returning the product.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Defective or malfunctioning products covered under warranty may be eligible for replacement or repair. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service.
